If your item has been already cooked and you need to reheat it – the regenerate function can giving amazing results. 

The benefit of using the regenerate steam function is that it ensures your reheated food stays hot longer and takes away the uneven temperature spots that you can get with microwave technology. 

With the regenerate function it is important to change your cooking times to match the approx size of the item you are regenerating.
