BEKO Eat Fresh Everyday Fruit Only Voucher

  • Instructions on how to claim and the gifts form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
  • The promoter is NARTA International Pty Limited (ABN 81 003 379 486) of Suite 3.02, Level 3, 19 Harris Street, Pyrmont, NSW, 2009, telephone (02) 9518 6711 ("Promoter").
  • Claims are only open to Australian residents. Commercial/business transactions are invalid in this promotion.
  • Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Retailers (defined below) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to claim. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
  • Promotion commences for purchases on 21/11/2016 and ends for purchases/rentals at 11:59pm AEDST on 29/01/2017 ("Purchase Period"). Claims open on 21/11/2016 and final claims close at 11:59pm AEDST on 28/02/2017 (“Claim Period”).
  • To claim, individuals must complete the following steps:Incomplete or cancelled purchases/rentals/claims will be deemed invalid. For the avoidance of doubt, only Eligible Products that are purchased during the Purchase Period (i.e. fully paid for) or are under rental agreements with a minimum period of 18 months, where the rental agreement is established during the Purchase Period, at a Participating Retailer are eligible.
    • a) purchase or rent (under a rental agreement with a term of 18 months or more) any Eligible Product from a Participating Retailer during the Purchase Period (“Qualifying Transaction”). Refer to the table in clause 10 for a list of all “Eligible Products”; and then
    • b) visit www.bekoeatfresheveryday.com.au, follow the prompts to the promotion redemption page, input the requested details (including their full name, mailing address, telephone number and a valid email address), upload a copy of their purchase receipt or rental agreement (clearly stating date of purchase or date the rental agreement was established, the Eligible Products purchased, and the rental term (if applicable) for the Qualifying Transaction, and then submit the fully completed claim form so it is received during the Claim Period.

  • In the event a claimant has any issues uploading a copy of their purchase receipt to the claim form, they can contact the Promoter at admin@bekoeatfresheveryday.com.au for instructions on how to submit a manual claim.
  • Once individuals have successfully submitted their claim, they will receive an email from the Promoter (to their nominated email address) confirming that their claim has been received and will be processed/verified by the Promoter in due course. Gifts will then be dispatched within 10 business days of the claim being process/verified by the Promoter.
  • All valid claims received during the Promotional Period will receive a gift. For the sake of clarity, not all of the Eligible Products listed below will be available at each Participating Store; individuals must contact a Participating Store for further details. The exact gift awarded will be based on the model number of Eligible Product purchased/rented, as outlined below:

  • Each separate $100 eVoucher will be awarded via email (to their nominated email address) in the form of a unique claim code within 7 business days of their claim being received and verified by the Promoter, and will be sent to the claimant directly from Fruits Only. In the event a claimant submitted a manual claim (as per clause 8), their eVoucher will be awarded within 10 business days of their claim being received and verified by the Promoter. For the sake of clarity, if a claimant is receiving two (2) x $100 eVouchers as their gift, the two (2) $100 eVouchers will be awarded via separate emails. eVoucher is only valid towards the purchase of Fruit Only branded products and products from other Fruit Only brands (including Roses Only, Wine Only and Hampers Only) at www.fruitonly.com.au until 30/04/2017, and can only be applied towards one (1) transaction. Only one (1) eVoucher can be applied towards a single transaction (i.e. individuals cannot apply two (2) separate eVouchers towards the same transaction). Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the eVoucher are not included. Any unused balance of the eVoucher will not be awarded as cash. Fruit Only covers all major metro areas. If fruit is not available in a claimant’s area, or a claimant would prefer flowers/hamper/wine over fruit, they can choose a different product from the Fruit Only brand. Redemption of the eVoucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer, which are available at www.fruitonly.com.au/terms-and-conditions. All delivery processes and product availability are handled by Fruit Only and will be dependent on Fruit Only’s delivery times, schedule and product availability.   • Incomplete or indecipherable claims will be deemed invalid.
  • Multiple claims permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) claim permitted per Eligible Product purchased/rented; and (b) each claim must be submitted separately and in accordance with claim requirements.
  • Claimants must retain their purchase receipt(s)/rental agreements (either the original or a copy) for all claims as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all claims when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of a claimant’s claims and forfeiture of any right to a gift. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase, that an Eligible Product was purchased, and that the purchase was made during the Purchase Period but prior to claim. Rental agreements must clearly specify the Eligible Products rented, and the rental term, and that the rental agreement was established during the Purchase Period but prior to claim submission.
  • The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimant’s (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the claim process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
  • If there is a dispute as to the identity of a claimant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the claimant.
  • The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • If for any reason a claimant does not take/redeem a gift at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the gift will be forfeited.
  • If any gift is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the gift with a gift to the equal value and/or specification.
  • Gifts, or any unused portion of a gift, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
  • Claimants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a successful claimant (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
  • If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
  • Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the claimant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
  • The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows a claimant to automatically claim repeatedly is prohibited and will render all claims submitted by that claimant invalid.
  • Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
  • Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in gift value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (f) taking/use of a gift.
  • The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers (i.e. Fruits Only) and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Claiming is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at www.bekoeatfresheveryday.com.au/privacy-policy.  In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how e claimants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how claimants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All claims become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose claimant’s PI to any entity outside of Australia.
  • The Promoter will also disclose PI to Fruits Only (ABN 60 065 255 692) (“Fruits Only”), who will use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at www.fruitonly.com.au/security. In addition to any use that may be outlined in Fruits Only’s Privacy Policy, Fruits Only may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how claimants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how claimants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. BEKO 60 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To be eligible to participate in this promotion you must register within 14 days of the purchase dateas stated on your receipt/tax invoice.


1. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise advised. This promotion is only valid for purchases within Australia.

2. The Promoter is Beko A & NZ Pty Ltd of 55 Blanck Street, Ormeau, QLD, 4208. ABN 49 152 055 162.

3. To be eligible to participate in this promotion you must purchase an eligible model (see paragraph 19 for Beko A & NZ Pty Ltd eligible models) from participating Retailers, between 13th June 2016 and 31st December 2016 (“Promotional Period”).

4. Participation in this promotion is only open to Australian & New Zealand residents 18 years & over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to claim. Only one claim is permitted per person.

5. To be eligible for the 60 day satisfaction guarantee the Beko appliance be trialled for a minimum of 30 days. If after this 30 day period you are not satisfied with your product you can claim for a refund by completing the promotion claim. The claim period for this promotion closes 1st March 2017 after which no further claims will be accepted (refer to paragraph 6) This promotion is additional to your existing manufacturers’ guarantee and your Australian Consumer Law rights.  Any claim for a refund must be submitted within 60 days of the purchase date as stated on your receipt/tax invoice. To make a claim you must provide a copy of your proof of purchase and provide the following information on your claim form to our Customer Care Department:
a. your contact details - name, address that the product will be located at and daytime contact phone number,
b. a copy of your proof of purchase - a receipt/tax invoice indicating the date of purchase, model purchased and showing the balance for the product has been paid in full
c. a brief explanation as to why you decided to return your Beko A & NZ Pty Ltd Product. You can submit your claim to our Customer Care Department by emailing beko.care@beko.com. For any enquiries on how to claim, please contact our Customer Care Department on 1300 282 356.

6. Claims for a refund under this satisfaction guarantee must be submitted within 60 days of purchase. No claims for a refund will be accepted after 5pm AEST 1st March 2017.

7. Claims are not transferrable or assignable.

8. Following submission of a valid claim for the satisfaction guarantee, the Promoter will contact you to arrange to collect your unit. The Promoter will collect from the major metropolitan areas of Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne serviced by Beko A & NZ Pty Ltd service agents. If you live outside of these areas there will be a collection charge that must be paid to the closest allocated Beko authorised s ervice agent prior to collection. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the conditions and timing of any collection of products with notice.

9. The product must be in original condition, notwithstanding acceptable daily use, to be eligible for the satisfaction guarantee. Products that are damaged (including due to mishandling or mistreatment) will not be eligible. All accessories and instruction manuals must also be returned.

You must empty and clean the product before collection. Products must not be left on the street or outside of the premises for collection. Products stolen, missing or damaged in these circumstances will be at the claimant’s cost and no refund will be supplied.

10. Upon collection, the product will be checked to ensure it is in its original condition and that all accessories have been included in the return. Once checked and approved, Beko A & NZ Pty Ltd will make payment of the original purchase price (excluding any associated charges including delivery, extended warranties, installation and other items purchased but not returned) via direct deposit into the claimants nominated bank account within 10 (ten) working days. If upon collection the product is found to be damaged, the product will not be returned and no refund will be paid.

11. The 60 day satisfaction guarantee is a benefit that is offered in addition to your existing manufacturers’ guarantee and Australian Consumer Law rights. This promotion does not affect these existing legal rights which continue to apply during and after the course of this promotion. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other
reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

13. This Promotion applies only to retail purchases of A-grade Beko appliance (strictly no tradeseconds). Products are to be paid in full. Layby’s will not be accepted unless paid in full within the Promotional Period. Products purchased under finance or payment agreements are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

14. The offer is not applicable to trade (commercial) or wholesale suppliers, this includes but is not limited to purchases made from suppliers that do not generally sell direct to the public. 

15. The refund amount covers only the original purchase price of the eligible Beko appliances and excludes any associated charges including transportation, extended warranties, installation or reinstallation) and purchase of other items.

16. All claims are subject to verification by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims (including contacting the place of purchase) and claimants (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

17. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.

18. The 60 day satisfaction guarantee is valid on All A-Grade Beko appliance models only purchased from a participating retailer between 13th June 2016 and 31st December 2016.

19. Eligible Beko A & NZ Pty Ltd All A-Grade Beko Front Load Washing Machines.

20. Any misrepresentation or fraudulent information by the purchaser disqualifies claim of this offer.

21. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions without notice, to modify, reschedule or terminate the promotion or to modify or extend the closing date and criteria of the Promotion at its discretion.

22. The Promoters’ decision on all matters pertaining to this Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except as otherwise stated in these terms and conditions.

23. Liability for any tax on any refunds awarded to a Participant pursuant to this Promotion shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant. It is recommended that Participants contact their own accountant or taxation advisor in this regard.

24. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of property); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
(a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
(b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim or offer that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.

25. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, other suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Claim is conditional on providing this information. All claims become the property of the Promoter.
