AIR CONDITIONER WARRANTY

Important Information to Maintain Your Warranty!

To maintan your Air Conditoner Warranty, on ALL brnads of air conditioners, you MUST do the ollowing:

  • Keep a copy of your invoice
  • Ensure your air conditioner installer is qualified.
  • Ensure operation is as per manufacturer's operating instructions
  • Ensure the air inlet and outlet of the outdoor unit is kept clear of obstructions (dirt, leaves, plants)
  • Make sure that you have your domestic system serviced at least once per year
  • Ensure the condensate drain is kept clean
  • Once a year replace batteries in remote control ( flat batteries in the remote is one of the most common causes of aircon problems) 
  • If your system fails, contact the manufacturer without delay (see contact details below)
  • If your system is at fault, do not operate the unit as it may cause further damage and void your warranty

In the first six months after installation, for a warranty or fault service request, don't hesitate to contact our office. 

Note: To save you time, a lot of potential 'problems' are easliy resolved by replacing the batteries in the remote or turning off the aircon unit at the main house switch power board.
